Singtel TV Subscriber Experience: Kuala Lumpur Adventures
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In Dec 2023 and May 2024, we arranged two exclusive trips to Kuala Lumpur for SingtelTV's loyal subscribers, strengthening the partnership between SingtelTV and Astro while providing unforgettable experiences for customers.
The first excursion, a 4-day-3-night journey, coincided with the thrilling Gegar Vaganza Season 10 Finals. 20 fortunate subscribers were treated to front-row excitement at this major entertainment event. Our second trip, a 3-day-2-night getaway, aligned with the joyous Hari Raya 2024 celebrations, immersing participants in the festive atmosphere of Malaysia's capital.
Both trips featured a unique highlight: behind-the-scenes visits to Astro's drama filming sets, offering subscribers a rare glimpse into the world of television production. These exclusive experiences provided invaluable insights and unforgettable memories for the SingtelTV community.
Event Coordination & Management
Our team managed all logistical aspects, ensuring seamless experiences for the subscribers. We handled transportation arrangements, secured comfortable hotel accommodations, and worked closely with the Astro team to align with their carefully planned itineraries.
